Monday-Friday: 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. & 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 7 a.m.-9 a.m. & 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

 

 

Aquacise Classes
$100 Per Semester
For Members

Aquacise uses water resistance to tone, strengthen, stretch and relax the body in a non-impact environment. Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 11:30 a.m.
 
Water Safety Instructor Training Course
American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification. Must be at least 16 years old. Next class begins Fall 2005. Fridays: 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
 
Stroke Clinic
Clinic designed for individuals who cannot commit to a swim team, but would like to maintain endurance and improve stroke technique.
 
Lifeguard Training/LGT Re-Certification/CPR Re-Certification
Must be at least 15 years old by the last day of class. New class runs every other month for three consecutive Sundays: 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
 
Swim Lessons

All levels of American Red Cross swim levels including instruction for individuals with special needs such as learning disabilities, motor impairment and individuals afraid of the water.
