uses water resistance to tone, strengthen, stretch and relax the
body in a non-impact environment. Monday, Wednesday & Friday:

Safety Instructor Training Course

| American
Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification. Must be at least
16 years old. Next class begins Fall 2005. Fridays: 3:30 p.m.

designed for individuals who cannot commit to a swim team, but
would like to maintain endurance and improve stroke technique.

| Lifeguard
Training/LGT Re-Certification/CPR Re-Certification

be at least 15 years old by the last day of class. New class runs
every other month for three consecutive Sundays: 10:30
a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

levels of American Red Cross swim levels including instruction for
individuals with special needs such as learning disabilities, motor
impairment and individuals afraid of the water.
