Can I Be Involved In A Local Sports Club? 

Question:  Can I be involved as a coach for a local sports club in the same sport I coach at Pace?

Answer:  In sports other than basketball, an institution's coach may be involved as a participant or in  instructional/coaching activities for a local sports club or organization located in the institution's home community, provided that all prospects involved with that coach are legal residents of the area (within a 100-mile radius of the institution) [Bylaw 13.11.2.4 - changed at 06 Convention].

If it is in a club sport situation involving multiple teams or multiple sports, the 100-mile radius only applies to the team that the institutions coach is involved with.
