Pace Basketball Hosts WBCA PINKZONE February 13th
PLEASANTVILLE, NY- On Saturday February 13th, the men's and women's basketball teams play host to the College of Saint Rose in a Northeast-10 Conference match-up. The women tip-off at 1:30pm and the men follow at 3:30pm. The event will feature the Women's Basketball Coaches Association PINKZONE event to raise money for the WBCA cancer fund. Each fan that contributes $5.00 at the door will receive a 2010 PINKZONE T-shirt.
Twin Jewelers of Pleasantville is sponsoring the event and will feature a kiosk at the game for last minute Valentine's Day purchases. Pace Athletics will be raffling off a $250.00 piece of jewelry during halftime of the women's game along with a performance by the Pace Dance Team. The men's halftime will feature the 4 shot challenge for $15,000 sponsored by Finnegan's Grill. Immediately following the men's game the men's basketball alumni game will take place. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the WBCA Cancer Fund.
