NEW HAVEN, CT- The Pace University baseball team fell to the Owls of Southern Connecticut State University 6-3 this afternoon in the Setters’ Northeast-10 Conference opener for the 2010 season. The Setters fall to 3-7 overall on the season and 0-1 in conference play, while the Owls improve to 7-4-1 overall, and 1-0 in conference play. [Full Story]

HAMPTON, Va.- The Pace softball team opened their season at 2-2 after four games at the Hampton University Tournament. The Setters opened the tournament on Friday, beating Arcadia 5-3 before falling to Barton 5-4. Pace beat Hampton on Saturday before wrapping up the tournament with an 11-2 loss to Hampton on Sunday. WINTER PARK, Fla..– Nicholas Pellerito (Glen Cove, NY/Kellenberg) tallied four points on two goals and two assists in the Setters’ 10-6 loss to the Tars of Rollins College to wrap up Pace’s trip to the Sunshine State.
