SETTERS LIMITED TO THREE HITS, DROP TO FLORIDA SOUTHERN, 5-1
LAKELAND, FL- The Setters were limited to three hits in a, 5-1, loss to Florida Southern. The loss drops the Setters record to 9-3 on the season. Following a series opening win, Pace dropped two out of three to Florida Southern.
For the Setters, JC Pullum, Matt Castellano and Joe Barracato were the only Pace batters to record hits in the game, all of which were singles.
On the mound, Matt Reilly tossed seven innings,
allowing nine hits and five runs (four earned), while striking out
two. Earl Oakes pitched a scoreless final inning,
allowing one hit.
