Following the Setters successful 2006 campaign, eight Pace
University baseball players were chosen to play for several
prestigious summer baseball teams. This year, teams from the
Coastal Plains League, the New York Collegiate Baseball League, the
New England Collegiate Baseball League and the Atlantic Collegiate
Baseball League will feature Pace players.
Dustin Corbett (Vestal, NY/Vestal), Chris Brown (Kingston, RI/South Kingstown) and Michael Sheehy (Pelham, NY/Pelham) will be playing for the Petersburg Generals of the Coastal Plains League.
Tommy Parry (Wayne, PA/Conestoga), Jack Cawley (Bronx, NY/Iona Prep) and Eric Brown (Norwalk, CT/Norwalk) will be playing for the Elmira Pioneers of the NYCBL.
Matt Arburr (Bristol, CT/Bristol Eastern) will
be playing for the Torrington Twisters of the NECBL and Nick
DeMeo (Farmingville, NY/Sachem East) will be playing for
the Metro NY Cadets of the ACBL.
