MURFREESBORO, NC - Vinny Dammann's (Mullica Hill, NJ/Gloucester Catholic) single in the top of the ninth inning scored Joe Barracato (Westbury, NY/W.T. Clarke) for the go-ahead and eventual game-winning run, lifting Pace University over Chowan University, 10-9. With their win, the Setters improve to 10-6 on the year, while Chowan falls to 15-10 on the season.
Mackenzie King (Blairstown, NJ /North Warren Regional) picked up the victory tossing four solid innings of relief, allowing just one hit and striking out five.
Dammann, Aaron Zrenda (Niantic, CT/Loomis Chaffee

Kingston) all drove in a pair of RBI's, while Barracato
crossed the plate three times. Brown and Jack Cawley
