EQUESTRIAN FINISHED IN 4TH PLACE AT DREW/SARAH LAWRENCE SHOW

READINGTON, NJ- The Pace University Equestrian team finished in fourth place at their first competition of the season. The Setters earned 20 points at the Drew/Sarah Lawrence Show.

Centenary College won the show, followed by William Paterson in second place and Bard College took third place.

Rebecca Page (Syracuse, NY/Bishop Ludden) won the Intermediate Equitation Fences event, while Jan Kutscher (Stockton, NJ/Solebury) took third place.

Caroline O'Connell (St. James, NY/Smithtown West) and Jacqueline Smith (Douglaston, NY/Cardozo) both finished in sixth place in the Open Equitation Fences event. O'Connell also placed second in the Open Equitation Fences, while Smith took fifth place.

Mary Beth Dixon (North Little Rock, AR/North Little Rock) place fourth in Novice Equitation Fences, while Brittany Miller finished in third place inthe Walk/Trot event.

The Setters return to action on Sunday, October 18 when they will compete in the All-Region at Briarwood Farms in Readington, NJ.
