FOOTBALL LOSES TO BENTLEY, 21-6
The Pace University football lost a Northeast-10 Conference
match-up to Bentley College, 21-6, to drop to 3-3 overall and 2-3
in the Northeast-10 Conference. With the win, Bentley improves to
3-3 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
Pace's Dan Reilly, Chris Anzano and Brian Schuster all had interceptions in the game, giving them 20 picks in six games played, tying the Pace team record previously held by the 1992 Setters team. The Setters got their only points of the game late in the game when Daniel Moyer found Richard Pinck in the endzone with under a minute to play on a fourth and goal situation.
Pace returns to action when they host Southern Connecticut State
University on Saturday, October 14, 2006 in a Northeast-10
Conference showdown at Pace Field on the Pleasantville campus of
