MEN'S GOLF FINISHES FOURTH AT GOLDEY-BEACOM COLLEGE FALL INVITATIONAL
MIDDLETOWN, DE - The Pace University men's golf team finished fourth out of nine teams at the Goldey-Beacom College Fall Invitational, which was held at Back Creek/Fog Hollow in Middletown, DE on Saturday-Sunday September 8th-9th. The Setters finished with a two-day team score of 618 (316/302) (+50). Wilminton College won the event with a team score of 604 (307/297) (+36).
Wilmington's Mark Murphy won the individual event beating out the field of 44 golfers with a score of 145 (70/75) (+3).
Freshman Matt Dziubina (77/77) and senior Mike Dominici (79/75) led the way for Pace finishing in a tie for 11th place, shooting a 154 (+12). Senior Dan Psinakis (79/76) and junior Mark Huntington (81/74) tied for 18th with scores of 155 (+13)
Senior Bill Delucia (83/83) rounded out the Setters day finishing 39th with a score of 166 (+24).
Pace will next be in action on Sunday and Monday, September
16th & 17th when they travel to Long
Island National in Riverhead, NY to take part in the Dowling
September Shootout, hosted by Dowling College.
