GOLF FINISHES IN 12TH PLACE AT THE GOLDEY BEACOM INVITATIONAL

AVONDALE, PA- The Pace golf team finished in 12th place at the Goldey Beacom College Invitational, posting a two-round total of 659 (338-321). Adelphi University won the tournament with a two-day total of 607, beating out Indiana (PA) by five strokes. Brant Krammerfeld won the tournament with a two-day total of 145.

The top Setter for the tournament was sophomore Kent St. Charles (Wells, ME/Wells), posting a score of 158 (79-79), good for a four-way tie for 29th place. Kyle Munoz (Mt. Vernon, NY/Mt Vernon) came in 36th place with a score of 160 (83-77) for the two-round tournament. Rob Sorrentino (Tarrytown, NY/Archbishop Stepinac) finished in a tie for 55th place with a two-day total of 167 (88-79), while Frank Lostaglio (Milton, NY/Our Lady of Lourdes) rounded the out the Setters with a two-round totaled of 174 (88-86).

The Setters return to action when they travel to Riverhead, NY for the two-day Dowling College Invitational on April 4-5.
