GOLF FINISHES IN 10TH PLACE AT THE NORTHEAST-10 CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP
SOUTH HADLEY, MA - The Pace golf team finished in 10th place at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship, posting a two-round total of 639 (312-327). Le Moyne College won the tournament with a two-day total of 599, beating out UMass Lowell who took second place with a 611 strokes. Saint Anselm finished in third place with a two-round score of 612. Kevin Jackson from Le Moyne won the tournament with a two-day total of 144.
Matt Herlihy (Croton, NY/Croton) led the Setters with a two-round total of 156 (75-81), finishing in a three-way tie for 23rd place for the tournament. Kent St. Charles (Wells, ME/Wells) came in one stroke behind, posting a score of 157 (77-80), good for a two-way tie for 26th place.
Kyle Munoz (Mt. Vernon, NY/Mt Vernon) totaled a two-round score of 161 (77-84), taking 37th place for the tournament. Rob Sorrentino (Tarrytown, NY/Archbishop Stepinac) finished tied for 45th place with a two-day score of 165 (83-82).
Pace returns to action when they will compete at the Dominican College Invitational at the Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern, NY on October 12-13.
