GOLF FINISHES IN 8TH PLACE AT THE NORTHEAST-10 CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP

BERNARDSTON, MA - The Pace golf team finished in 8th place at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship, posting a two-round total of 645 (315-330). Adelphi University won the tournament with a two-day total of 620, beating out American International who took second place with a score of 623.

Kyle Munoz (Mt. Vernon, NY/Mt Vernon) was the Setters' top finisher, tying for eighth place with a two-round score or 155 (75-80). Munoz earned NE-10 Second Team All-Conference Honors for his performance.

Rob Sorrentino (Tarrytown, NY/Archbishop Stepinac) finished tied for 30th place with a two-day score of 164 (78-86).

Kent St. Charles (Wells, ME/Wells) came in one stroke behind in a Sorrentino in a tied for 35th place with a two-round score or 165 (85-80). Cory Patterson (Sandwich, MA/Sandwich) posted a 167 (83-84), tying for 39th place, while Matt Herlihy (Croton, NY/Croton) took 45th place with a score of 168 (79-89).

Pace returns to action when they will compete at the Dominican College Invitational at the Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern, NY on October 11-12.
