GOLF FALLS ONE STROKE SHY OF NCAA NORTHEAST REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MIDDLETOWN, DE – The Pace University men’s golf team fell one stroke short of winning the eight-team Northeast Regional and advancing to the 2008 NCAA Division II Men’s Golf Championships. The Setters shot a +65 917 (303-302-312) for the three-day regional, just one stroke behind Northeast-10 Conference foe Bryant University, who shot a +64 916 (300-303-313) to win the regional and advance to the championship finals. Saint Thomas Aquinas College +68 920 and Post University +84 936 rounded out the top four.

GOLF EARNS AT-LARGE BID TO NCAA DIVISION II GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS PLEASANTVILLE, NY – The Pace University men’s golf team has been selected to participate in the 2008 NCAA Division II Men’s Golf Championships, as the Setters have received the fourth seed in the eight-team Northeast Region. The Northeast/East Super Regional is scheduled to take place May 5-7 at St. Anne’s Golf Club in Middletown, Delaware. Wilmington University will serve as the hosts. Other Top Stories
