KIRYL SHADA NAMED NORTHEAST-10 CONFERENCE

PLAYER AND PITCHER OF THE WEEK/ECAC PITCHER OF THE
WEEK
PLEASANTVILLE, NY - Pace University sophomore pitcher Kiryl Shada (Pleasant Prairie, WI/Tremper) was named the Northeast-10 Conference Softball Player and Pitcher of the Week as well as being named the ECAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March 25th.
Shada posted a 0.66 ERA, while recording a 4-1
record and one save during Pace's 10-game Spring Break trip. In a
win over Saint Augustine's College, she tossed four innings,
allowing two hits and one run, while fanning six. In a win over
Mount Olive College, Shada hurled a complete-game shutout and
struck out four. In a double header against Virginia State
University, she went the distance again giving up five hits and
striking out seven to earn the win in the opener and then tossed a
shutout seventh inning in game two to earn the save. In a win over
Bowie State University, Shada pitched her fourth complete game of
the week, allowing two earned runs and three hits, while fanning
one.
