MEN'S AND WOMEN'S SWIMMING AND DIVING TEAMS SWEPT
SMITHFIELD, RI - In a duel meet, the Pace University men's and women's swimming and diving teams lost to the Bryant University Bulldogs. The men lost 80-100, while the women lost 67-129.
Craig McClintock and Trevor Paugh, who both took home two first place finishes, led the Setter men. McClintock won the Men's 1000-yard Freestyle and 200-yard Backstroke, while Paugh won the Men's 200-yard Breaststroke and 200-yard IM. The Setters also won the Men's 200-yard Freestyle Relay with the team of Daniel Camilo, Chris Jankowski, Charles Westby and McClintock.
On the women's side, Erin Johanson took home first place finishes in the Women's 200-yard Freestyle and 200-yard Butterfly. The Setters also won the Women's 200 Medley Relay with the team of Meaghan Morley, Ingelcia DeCaporale, Johanson and Kristin Milano.
The Setters return to action when they participate in the
Northeast-10 Conference Championships held at Southern Connecticut
State University in New Haven, CT from December 1-3.
