PACE FINISHED THIRD AT THE BRIDGEPORT INVITATIONAL
BRIDGEPORT, CT- The Pace women's swimming and diving team totaled 63 points, taking third place at the University of Bridgeport Invitational.
Meaghan Morley (Delhi, NY/Delhi) took home a pair of third place finishes in the 50 SC meter freestyle with a time of 29.66 and the 200 SC meter backstroke with a time of 2:36.03. Erin Johanson (Wakefield, MA/Wakefield) placed second in the 200 SC meter freestyle with a time of 2:20.60 and fourth in the 100 SC meter freestyle posting a time of 1:05.75. Callie Grace (Dalton, MA/Miss Halls) finished second in the 200 SC meter breaststroke with a time of 2:56.87 and took fourth place in the 200 SC meter IM with a time of 2:38.97. Ellen Lynch (Rockaway, NY/The Mary Louis Academy) took eighth place in the 50 SC meter freestyle with a time of 33.34 and 10th place in the 500 SC meter freestyle with a time of 6:03.23
The relay team of Morley, Johanson, Lynch and Grace
placed third in the 400 SC meter freestyle relay with a time of
4:34.38, while the same four took home a fourth place finish in the
400 SC meter medley relay with a time of 5:04.34.
