VOLLEYBALL FALLS TO FRANKLIN PIERCE 3-1
RINDGE, NH - The Pace volleyball team dropped a Northeast-10 Conference match to the Ravens of Franklin Pierce 3-1. The Setters drop to 6-4 overall and 3-2 in the NE-10, while the Ravens even their record at 10-10 and improve to 3-2 in conference play. Pace took the opening game 30-27 before dropping the next three 17-30, 22-30, and 23-30.
Korena Johnson led the Setters with 13 kills, while adding seven digs and two total blocks. Danielle Furka posted a double-double with 11 kills and 11 digs. Ashley D'Agostino also recorded a double-double, totaling 35 assists and 13 digs. Stephanie Kazmierczak tallied a team-high 22 digs.
The Setters move south to Waltham, Massachusetts to
take on Bentley College on Saturday, Sept 29 at 1:00 pm in a
Northeast-10 Conference match.
