SETTERS FALL TO DOWLING IN NON-CONFERENCE ACTION
OAKDALE, N.Y.- The Pace women's volleyball team fell to Golden Lions of Dowling College 3-0 (25-21, 25-14, 25-14) in non-conference action. The Setters fall to 4-4 on the season, while the Golden Lions improve to 6-4.
Nora Rugova (Mt. Kisco, NY/Fox Lane) led the Setters with 10 kills along with two assists and four digs. Victoria Pompilus (Mount Vernon, NY/Mount Vernon) tallied six kills and one block, while Elyse Rowland (Antioch, CA/Deer Valley) totaled four kills and 11 digs. Shea Hansen (Mesa, AZ/Red Mountain) recorded 24 assists and seven digs.
Pace returns to action on Monday, September 21 when they will travel to Old Westbury, NY to face New York Tech in a non conference match set for 7 pm.
