PACE FALLS TO MERRIMACK 3-0
PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y.- Susana Verdugo-Del Real (El Centro, CA/Southwest) led Pace with nine kills as the Setters fell to Merrimack College 3-0 (25-13, 25-23, 25-19) in Northeast-10 Conference action. The Setters fall to 16-8 overall and 8-4 in the NE-10, while the Warriors improve to 20-9 and 7-5 in conference play.
Sianna Johnson (Long Beach, CA/Long Beach Poly) totaled eight kills, while Elyse Rowland (Antioch, CA/Deer Valley) recorded eight kills and 14 digs. Shea Hansen (Mesa, AZ/Red Mountain) tallied 29 assists, while Stephanie Kazmierczak (Buffalo, NY/City Honors) totaled 22 digs.
Pace returns to action on Saturday, October 31 when the Setters will host the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in a Northeast-10 Conference match at the Goldstein Fitness Center on Pace's Pleasantville campus at 1 pm.
