WOMEN'S SOCCER TEAM FALLS TO #11 SAINT ROSE, 2-0
BRIARCLIFF, NY- The Pace women's soccer team lost to #11 College of Saint Rose, 2-0, in the Setters Northeast-10 Conference home opener on Pace's Briarcliff this afternoon. For Saint Rose, Lauren Steinberg (Hopewell Junction, NY/John Jay) and Shannon Murphy (Charlton, MA/St. Peter Marian) combined for the shutout, with Murphy being credited with the lone Golden Knight save on the afternoon, as she came on in relief in the second half.
The Setters return to action when they travel to Manchester, NH
on Saturday, September 8, to take on Northeast-10 opponent Southern
New Hampshire University for a 1:00 pm kickoff.
