SETTERS LOSE NE-10 MATCH TO AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL
SPRINGFIELD, MA- Women's soccer fell to Northeast-10 conference foe American International College this afternoon by a score of 6-0. The Setters fall to 1-8-1 overall and 0-7-0 in conference play, while the Yellow Jackets improve their overall record to 5-5-1 and 2-5-1 in the NE-10.
Different players scored each of American International's goals, but Bryony Parker was the standout offensive player adding two assists with her goal on the afternoon.
Pace was outshot by American International 27-8 on the afternoon.
Monique Morey (Port Orchard, WA/South Kitsap) went the distance in goal for the Setters making eleven saves in the match.
Pace women's soccer will return to action when the come home to Pace's Briarcliff Campus on Saturday, October 3 to face off against the River Hawks of UMass-Lowell at 3 pm in a Northeast-10 Conference match.
