PACE DROPS NE-10 MATCH TO NEW HAVEN 5-0

WEST HAVEN, CT- The Pace University women's soccer team fell to the Chargers of the University of New Haven this afternoon by a 5-0 score. The Setters fall to an overall record of 1-12-1, and 0-11-0 in the Northeast-10 Conference. The Chargers improve to 7-6-3 overall and 4-6-2 in conference play.

The Chargers scored three of their fives goals from penalty shots in the match.

Alexa DellaRocco totaled two goals for the Chargers offensive attack.

Courtany Hagen (New Paltz, NY/New Paltz) went the distance in goal for the Setters making eleven saves against New Haven.

Pace women's soccer will return to action on Saturday, October 17 at Pace's Briarcliff campus for a 3:00 pm match against Stonehill College in an NE-10 match.

The soccer match will a part of Pace's Homecoming and will be the soccer team's senior day.
