PACE FALLS TO MOLLOY IN NON-CONFERENCE MATCH
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY- The Pace University women's soccer team fell to the Molloy College Lions this evening by a 2-0 score in an non-conference match-up. The Setters fall to an overall record of 1-16-1. The Lions improve their overall to record of 6-9.
The Lions outshot the Setters 11-9 in the match-up.
Alyssa Faller netted the first goal for the Lions in the 20th minute. The Setters remained in striking distance until the 57th minute when Katie-Lynn Muir netted the insurance goal for Molloy.
Courtany Hagen (New Paltz, NY/New Paltz) went the distance in goal for the Setters making six saves against the Lions.
Pace women's soccer will return to action on Wednesday, October 28 back home in Briarcliff, NY for a 3:30 pm match against Assumption College in an NE-10 match-up for the season finale.
