Mike Winn returned to head the Pace women’s soccer program in 2010 after previously serving as the head coach from program's inception in 1998 until 2007. Winn is in his sixth year as the Associate Athletics Director and his thirteenth with the Athletics Department.  

Coach Winn earned 2011 Northeast-10 Conference Coach of the Year after the Setters qualified for the NE-10 Championship Tournament for the first time since 2004.  The Setters finished 8-9-1 over all and 7-6-1 in the NE-10 Conference. 

Winn founded the women’s soccer in 1998 and joined the Northeast-10 Conference as a full member for the 1999 season. As the head of the program from 1998-2007, Winn posted a 76-98-9 record in ten seasons. He guided the Setters to four post season appearances as Pace earned a berth in the ECAC playoffs in 2001 and the NE-10 Tournament in 2002-2004. During his tenure, he coached the Setters to six straight seasons of .500 or better from 2001-2006. Winn has also coached 13 All-Conference players and seven All-Region selections, including three NE-10 Goalkeepers of the Year.
