CROSS COUNTRY RESULTS FROM NORTHEAST-10 CHAMPIONSHIPS
COLCHESTER, VT- The women's cross country team finished in 14th place at the past weekend's Northeast-10 Conference Championships hosted by Saint Michael's College. The men's team did not have enough runners to score as a team with one participant.
On the women's side, Michele Tanzi (Mahopac, NY/Mahopac) led the Setters with a 62nd place finish, posting a time of 21:13. Sarah Rodriguez (Ossining, NY/Our Lady of Victory) came in 79th place with a time of 22:45, while Amanda Dague (Spring, TX/Klein Collins) was close behind in 82nd place with a time of 23:08.
Yomara Lopez (Miami, FL/MAST Academy) ran a time of 24:04, good for 88th place, while Amanda Pneuman (Middle Village, NY/Townsend Harris also ran a 24:04. Rounding out the Setter women's team was Ashley Page (Killingworth, CT/Haddam Killingworth) posting a time of 24:37 for 92nd place.
On the men's side, junior Ben Ogden (Alexandria, NH/Newfound Regional) was the lone finisher, placing 121st overall with a time of 36:02.
